Seymour Smith & Son 2 Blade Spoke Shave. Approx 10". I Do Not Know Exactly What The Wood Handle Piece Is. I Assume It Has Something To Do With Trim, Furniture Maybe? I Do Not Know How To Place The Blades For Use, They Are Just Placed In A Random Way As Seen. There Are Markings, But I Cannot Make Them Out. Wood, Steel, Brass. Approx 15".
