This Rare Woden vise was restored completely by me. Really restored not painted over .Totally dissembled inspected taken to metal scars removed by sanding automotive primer and 3 coats of Satin Ink Blue Wodens true color Lacquer clear coat with white highlights . No welds repairs no fillers. Vise Works perfectly. Woden vise were made in England. In the 60s Record vise bought them out. This vise is between 65 And 70; years old. Woden vises were extremely well made. Why is this one rare because it has a swivel base. Woden vises are usually stationary. Obviously they did make swivel versions but they are rare. This vise is 12 in long 7 high 3 1/2 in jaws opens safely 4 1/2 weights 27 lbs. This is not a show vise it is like all my restorations a go vise that works perfectly but looks better than new. I have sold well over 850/restored vises. I know vise this is a great vise to use or for a collector. I ship the best way possible not like other who charge 3x what it actually costs and sell you something that they found know nothing about and have AL write the description.
