Offering for sale a Rare U.S. Navy Irwin Auger Bit Set w/Box 13 Bits. The box would be a good candidate for restoration. The two locking devices on the front are broken and the three hinges are wobbly. I didn't know that Irwin made bit sets for the U.S. Navy, but sure enough the label is on the box. See photos. The bits are marked with the Irwin markings on the individual bits, with the exception that one bit is marked Japan. The sizes of the bits are as follows; 1/4 - 3/8 - 3/8 - 5/16 - 1/2 ' 9/16 - 9/16 - 5/8 - 3/4 - 3/4 - 7/8 -7/8 plus the adjustable which is marked Japan.
