Description

This is a rare Plumb Anchor hammer claw axe head in very good condition. A little wear on the hammer end, but the edge shows hardly any use at all. Dings and scratches from normal use. Please see pictures. The Anchor line dates back to the late 1800’s and into the 1930’s. This axe head could very well be over 100 years old, but it is in great shape. The stamp isn’t complete and very faint, but you can see the top of the stamp with the word “anchor” in it. A great gift for any axe collector!
