Description

This is a very rare Boston Metallic block plane. The body is in very good condition with about 95% japanning. I see no cracks around the mouth. There is possibly a tiny chip on the side of the mouth. It may be from original casting flaw. The cutter is in good shape. The wooden part of the blade wedge is excellent on the bottom side. The top is dinged but Boston Metallic Plane Comp can be seen. The upper palm part of the metal portion of the blade wedge is broken. Ask any questions you have before purchase. SHIPPING TO USA ONLY. I will not use eBay's international shipping.
