Antique PLUMB -RARE- Axe / Sickle Head !!! Farm Impliment. Other then needs handle the head itself is in Decent all around shape. It is Very early PLUMB - Engraved in head previous to stickers on side. Also has a solid type handle lock down instead of steel band that would clamp that would be about 1-1/2" wide, this type has solid steel clamp that is about 4-1/4" Wide. Just earlier model.
